Hi. I am Deirdra Lampkins is a Doctor of Philosophy specializing in Transpersonal Counseling. I have been studying the mind, spirituality and Universal Laws for over 30+ years. I have done presentations, on the concepts of "Thought", "How the Mind Works" and "Empowerment" at events nationwide.

I am a Counselor, Public Speaker, Author, Natural Wellness Coach, Meditation Instructor, Energy & Reiki Healer and Instructor, and a Spiritual Life Coach. I currently live in San Jose, California.

My skills range from speaking, doing workshops, and consulting for organizations and businesses, national conferences, and spiritual organizations.

As a Transpersonal Counselor, Natural & Holistic Healer, and Spiritual Life Coach, I am a Conscious Life teacher who focuses on the mind, body, soul, and spirit. I teach conscious life thinking, meditation, integrative wellness, business and success strategies, neuro-linguistic programming, and holistic health and wellness.
